1. Who we are

TutorTots Kids provides recorded and live online English courses for young children. Contact: admin@tutortotskids.com.

2. What we collect

• Parent account details: name, email, phone number, country, payment records (card details are handled by our payment provider, never stored by us).
• Child profile: first name, date of birth, learning level, avatar, and notes you choose to share.
• Learning data: course progress, activity results, class attendance, stars and certificates, kept separately for each child.
• Video viewing data: session times, approximate network address and device type, used to protect paid content.
• Tutor applications and partnership inquiries: the details you send us, kept private and visible only to our admin team.

3. Why we use it

To run lessons, take payments, send reminders and reports, keep children safe, and improve our service. We never sell personal data.

4. Children's data

Children do not create their own accounts. A parent or guardian creates the child profile and gives consent for the child to take part in lessons. You can ask us to correct or delete your child's data at any time.

5. Sharing

With our teaching team, and with service providers who help us run the platform (hosting, email, payments, video streaming and Zoom), for those purposes only.

6. Retention

We keep account data while your account is open and for as long as the law requires for invoices. If a live class is recorded, we tell you first and apply the retention period stated for that class.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data by emailing admin@tutortotskids.com. We comply with the personal data protection laws of the Gulf countries we serve (including the Saudi PDPL and UAE PDPL).
